With only TWO weeks to go until the start of the 7^th Edition of the Vendée Globe and so it’s time to start planning and the big question is this:

I am a bit of a strange bird in that I do not use Face Book (it became a real pain) and have never twittered. However, did I not follow the race very closely four years ago. I noted the exact position of each skipper at least once a day and listened to much of their commentary as it was broadcast. Can I do the some thing this race without using FB or T? John

I love Regattas when I worked in Vero Beach I worked at a restuarant called THE RED TAIL HAWK the only place you couldn't see the ocean was from the bathrooms! WE would watch the colorful sails go by, it was almost like we were putting a show on for our guests! Please don't miss it, I promise you its a delight! We also had a regular showing of dolphins during the early dinner hours!The restuarant is no longer, it breaks my heart it was the best, happiest job I ever had.
