Vicomte A. is brand that takes traditional clothing garments for the town and country and ignites them with splashes of bold and bright colours. Even the limited edition Vendée Globe range takes the traditional cuts and colours of traditional onshore sailing clothing and adds finesse, with a little twist of zing.
Vicomte A. is the brain child of flamboyant entrepreneur and Parisienne socialite Arthur de Soultrait, who founded and launched the clothing brand 7 years ago. Now the business is steadily growing with a turnover of around €20 million as Vicomte A. continues to seduce the world’s town and country set, daubing them in traditional hardwearing fabrics with an injection of deep, bold and bright hues.
The tail and dashing aristocrat is good friends with the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister, and derriere of the year, Pippa Middleton. She was a guest at Vicomte de Soultrait’s 30th birthday bash, where the beautiful lady-in-waiting was introduced to another devilishly, delicious bachelor Antoine de Tavernost, son of a French TV mogul.
Following the launch of their London store on the famous, Kings Road in the London Borough of Chelsea, Vicomte A. dressed no other than Ollie Locke, one of the cast of E4’s scripted reality show, which follows the lives of several young, affluent Chelsea socialites. Locke was reported to have said that he liked to change his outfits at least 3, or even 4 times a day and so he needed lots of clothes. Vicomte.A is the perfect brand for Ollie Locke with it’s fashion fusion of clean cut hardwearing, traditional country fabrics and styles with a splash of 70s punk and 50s mod, detonated with colour.
