After Arnaud Boissières and Fabrice Amédéo, Jérémie Beyou becomes the third sailor to validate his entry to the Vendée Globe. Already pre qualified because he completed the Vendée Globe 2016, Beyou qualified his registration with his participation in the Transat Jacques Vabre last autumn followed by the required 2000 miles solo retrun passage from Salvador de Bahia to the Azores. After that all that remained was to complete the administrative and medical files. The Charal skipper was, of course, the first to launch a new brand boat for the Vendée Globe 2020. His registration among the first declared skippers keeps him on course.
