Thomas Brioche, the Official Brioche of the Vendée Globe

Pioneer and first manufacturer of Brioches Vendéennes Label Rouge, Thomas Brioche and his collaborators knead day and night in Essarts in the bocage, in Vendée, authentic and tasty sweet and savoury local specialities.

Since 1896, our bakers have been making unique recipes for brioches, bakeware, pre-cakes, with butter and home-made natural leaven, made with regional ingredients and without additives, preservatives or colouring agents, in the pure baking tradition.
