Born in Morlaix, Nicolas Troussel grew up by the sea. He discovered sailing during cruises in the Scilly Islands. Twice winner of the Solitaire du Figaro (2006 and 2008), he made a reputation for himself thanks to daring strategic moves that are now known as "doing a Troussel". Nicolas is a man of conviction and a fine strategist! In 2018, he became the official skipper of CORUM L'Épargne, which built him a latest generation IMOCA. Launched in May 2020, he will take her to the Vendée Globe 2024.

CORUM L'Epargne is part of the CORUM Group, founded in 2011. A European player in savings, the company offers accessible and transparent solutions that have already convinced more than 100,000 savers. They provide a gradual way to build up capital to prepare for the future and finance tomorrow's projects: retirement, studies, etc.

The sailing project goes beyond sponsorship, it is a real development project for the company: the boat belongs to them and the entire sailing team is employed by Corum L'Epargne.
