Arnaud Boissières buys Benjamin Dutreux's boat

The former Guyot Environnement (formerly Alex Thomson's Hugo Boss in the 2020 edition) will now be called La Mie Câline! Arnaud Boissières announced on Monday that he was buying Benjamin Dutreux's boat, with his sights set on the 2028 Vendée Globe, his sixth solo, non-stop, non-assisted round the world race. Forced to retire in 2024 after dismasting, the skipper from Vendée is relaunching his project with determination.

The two sailors from Vendée will set off together in the autumn on the Transat Café de l'Or. For the 2025 season, the IMOCA will carry the colours of the two partners, La Mie Câline and Guyot-Environnement.
